About Our Support Teams
Experience that matters: Our staff have wealth of experience dealing with thousands of clients in a similar situation to you, so whatever your question, they should be able to help.Once we've set up of your Financial Management Plan, you're looked after by our Operations Department. They deal with any enquires you or your creditors may have, to ensure your plan runs smoothly. The department is made up of several specialist teams:-
Welcome Team
When you first enter into a Financial Management Plan you are likely to have lots of questions. At Harrington Brooks we want to make sure that we are there for you. We have a team of specialist Account Managers to answer any queries that you have during your first weeks on the plan. They will ensure that your plan is set up correctly in order to maximise our attempts to negotiate with your creditors and to ease the stress of constant creditor contact.
Client Liaison Team
We understand that throughout the Financial Management Plan you will have questions, or you may just want an update on the progression of your account. We have a team of experienced Client Liaison Advisors who are at the end of the phone line and ready to help. This team are also in regular contact with your Creditors, who can have just as many questions as you.
Review Team
Your financial circumstances can quickly change. Your plan lan is a flexible solution built around your realistic household income and expenditure. We want to keep in regular contact with you to ensure that it remains affordable , and remains the best financial solution for your needs. Reviewing your account also allows us to keep your Creditors informed of your up to date financial situation which maximises the chances of allowing the Financial Management Plan to be beneficial for you.
