"After speaking with them, I realised that life didn't have to be the way it was, at first I was considering bankruptcy, as I dont have any assets and it would be good to wipe the slate clean... but when the IVA was explained to me, I felt this was a more honest solution, it was affordable, left me with some money to enjoy myself and I was paying back what I had borrowed"

"I had a lot of health problems. This resulted in the loss of my home. I was left with debts totaling over 80k, no equity and no prospect of paying it off. They are easy and friendly to deal with. They understand that debt can be soul destroying. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy and understanding."

"I am living in Somerset, and had been left in a bad situation of 18k of debt and no equity when partner left. I rang them (Harrington Brooks), they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form, I completed and returned, the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly and helpful. "

"They get creditors off your back and lower your stress levels, ok they do charge for their service but it's a reasonable fee and you do get a good service. They saved us from getting our goods taken by the bailiffs"
