All new colleagues at Harrington Brooks start their journey by attending our corporate induction programme.

You will gain an understanding of Harrington Brooks, the team culture and our business methods. After your induction, your career development will be dependent on your chosen career within the company, whether you have joined our Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Training or Accounts team.

Typically your initial training will include product, systems and internal process training which will allow you to begin your journey with confidence. You will be given regular opportunities to review your individual career progression with training available to make sure it is heading in the right direction.

We invest heavily in your career and development and if one of our qualified trainers are unable to provide the support you need, then external training agencies are always available for external qualifications such as NVQ's.
